You will be greeted by friendly receptionist G, who will offer you a refreshment of your choice as you fill out our consultation card. Here you will be informed of the steps you will follow after your consultation. Once your consultation information has been captured, you will be escorted to the consultation room.
One of our trained aesthetic therapists will obtain further information and the consultation process will begin.
Once the verbal consultation has been completed, your skin will be assessed using skin analysing tools followed by photographs. Our skincare specialist will discuss your goals and concerns together with your skin history in order to provide you with an accurate and result driven recommendation.
Once your assessment has been completed you will receive a detailed recommendation that offers in-room treatments as well as product recommendations. Please note that all our treatments are bespoke and therefore followed up by a quote.
